"Shether" is a song released by American rapper Remy Ma. It is a diss track aimed at American rapper Nicki Minaj. It was released on February 25, 2017, by Empire Distribution. The song's beat is lifted from the diss track "Ether" by Nas.

The release of "Shether" wasn’t just a comeback to Nicki Minaj’s “Swalla” and “Make Love” records targeted at Remy Ma. Back in 2007, while in jail, Remy said she took offense to Nicki Minaj’s “Dirty Money”. A beginning of a turmoil, Remy Ma has watched Minaj’s public beef with other women in the entertainment industry, thus taking a stand as Remy believes “Shether” to be her response to dismantle a bully not only for herself but for others. In the Song Remy highlights many controversial allegations of Nicki Minaj’s personal life. Remy moves from accusations of Minaj's sexual affairs with members of Cash Money Records, to disclosing stories of Minaj's plastic surgery, and criticizing Minaj for supporting her brother, who is facing trial for alleged rape of a minor. On February 25, 2017, "Shether" was released on both Soundcloud and online music stores. At the time of the track's release, Remy tweeted: "'You wanna see a dead body' (little kid from BoyzNdaHood voice) @nickiminaj"

The song was made as a response record to Minaj after Minaj's two diss records to Remy ("Swalla" and "Make Love"). A writer from BET named it an "unapologetically savage" track. Mitchell Peters from Billboard called it a "scathing diss track" that "doesn’t show any mercy for Minaj."

After it was released, Minaj responded with a pair of Instagram posts. Remy Ma claimed she "didn't expect a response" in an interview on the Wendy Williams Show. A week later, in an interview hosted by BuzzFeed News, Ma stated that she had second thoughts about releasing the diss track, and commented on the difficulties of being a woman in the music industry. When asked if she regrets releasing the track, she said:
