Sherwood Fries

Sherwood Marshall Fries (November 24, 1920 – December 9, 1986) was a guard in the National Football League.

Fries was born on November 24, 1920 in Los Angeles, California. Fries was the son of Keystone Kops actor Otto Fries.

Fries played with the Green Bay Packers during the 1943 NFL season. He played at the collegiate level at Colorado State University.
