Sheila Hylton (born c. 1956,London, England) is a reggae singer who grew up in Kingston, Jamaica. She is best known for the songs, "Breakfast in Bed" (#57 UK, 1979), "The Bed's Too Big Without You" (#35 UK, 1981) and "Mellow Mood".

Her latest album, Steppin' was released in 2006.

Hylton's earliest exposure to music was through the record collection of her grandfather who was a jazz fan. As a young woman she listened to and absorbed the works of the greatest female jazz singers. She also listened to the post-independence Jamaican music. Hylton's earliest successful recording was a cover of Ebony's "Life In The Country". Excellent reviews led to Island Records signing her to their Mango label. Hylton then recorded a version of The Police's "The Bed's Too Big Without You" which charted in the UK. She has also worked as a model and actress.
