Sharon is a town in Weakley County, Tennessee. The population was 988 at the 2000 census and 944 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.1 square miles (2.8 km2), all land.
This does not include the Elementary/Middle School that is located near the center of the town.
As of the census of 2000, there were 988 people, 446 households, and 300 families residing in the town. The population density was 857.3 people per square mile (331.7/km²). There were 490 housing units at an average density of 425.2 per square mile (164.5/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 89.17% White, 10.22% African American, 0.10% Pacific Islander, 0.40% from other races, and 0.10% from two or more races.
