The Shakertown Stakes is an American Thoroughbred horse race run annually in mid April at Keeneland Race Course in Lexington, Kentucky. Raced on turf over a sprint distance of 5.5 furlongs, it is open to horses three years of age and older. A Grade III race since 2003 and now a Grade II, it currently offers a purse of $200,000.
Inaugurated as The Minstrel Stakes in 1997, its name was changed the following year to honor Shakertown, a nearby Shaker community that is a United States National Historic Landmark.
In 2012, Perfect Officer set a new course record of 1:01.53 for the 5 1/2 turf sprint.
