Seville Marathon

The Zurich Seville Marathon is a marathon hold annually in the streets of Sevilla since 1985. It's organized by de department of sports of the town hall and sponsored by both public and private organisations. It was used as a host of the 1999 World Championships in Athletics marathon event.

The women's course record (2:26:03) was set by Portuguese Marisa Barros in 2009, men's (2:08:14) was set in 2016 by Kenyan Cosmas Kiplimo Lagat.
