Sergio Zarzar Andonie


Sergio Zarzar Andonie (January 12, 1952) is an entrepreneur, conservative political professor Chilean of Palestinian origin, linked to the National Renewal Party.

In the municipal elections in 2008 was elected mayor of the town of Chillán with 64.15% of votos.

He graduated from the Colegio Seminario de Chillán in 1969, the following year he joined the University of Chile, Ñuble headquarters, where he obtained the title of professor of physical education. The dedication to service led him to be leader of Ñublense in 1984.
