Serge Thériault


Serge Thériault (born April 23, 1948) is a Quebec comedian and actor.

Theriault played several roles in several Quebec television series and movies since it debut in the acting industry in 1973.

Theriault most famous role was in the popular television series La Petite Vie which played from 1993 to 1999 on French-Canadian television network Radio-Canada and produced by Claude Meunier a close friend, a comedian and a spokesman for Pepsi advertisements in Quebec. Theriault played the role of Momma, a gimmick.

He more recent role was in the television series Le Negociateur which aired on TVA in 2005 and 2006 and he which he played the character of Lucien Cloutier, a hardware store owner and the father of a crime reporter

Theriault also participated in the popular movie series Les Boys in which he plays the role of Francois, a doctor and a hockey player of a garage league team.

He also played roles in other popular Quebec movies such as Ding et Dong, Le Sphinx, Gaz Bar Blues and TV series such as Les Voisins and Omertà : La loi du silence. In several of his roles, he played along Marc Messier.
