The Seattle Cascades are a professional ultimate team that competes in the Western Division of the American Ultimate Disc League (AUDL). During the season, the Cascades play 14 regular season games, with up to four post-season games dependant on results. The team is named after the mountain range that runs through the Pacific Northwest and their mascot is a blue Sasquatch (a.k.a. Big Foot), named Casey.
