The Scottish Junior Football East Region Central Division was a third-tier division of the East Region of the Scottish Junior Football Association.
The league came into existence in time for the 2006–07 season. replacing the older regional setup. This division was dissolved for the start of the 2013–14 season and member clubs were split between two expanded North and South divisions as part of a wider East Region league restructuring.
Dundonald Bluebell won the 2006–07 championship and were promoted to the Premier League. They were replaced by St Andrews United and Scone Thistle.
Ballingry Rovers won the 2007–08 championship and were promoted to the Premier League. They were replaced by Rosyth.
St Andrews United won the 2008–09 championship and were promoted to the Premier League. They were replaced by Dundonald Bluebell and Oakley United.
Thornton Hibernian won the 2009–10 championship and were promoted to the Premier League. No Central Division area teams were relegated from the Premier League.
Oakley United won the 2010–11 championship and were promoted to the Premier League. Kinnoull and Thornton Hibs were relegated to the Central Division from the Premier League.
