San Francisco Fútbol Club is a professional football team located in La Chorrera, Panamá, that plays in Liga Panameña de Fútbol, the top Panamanian football league. The club plays its games in Estadio Agustín Sánchez.

The club of The Chorrera was founded in September 1971, to take part like team of football in the League Distritorial of Football of The Chorrera. However, the club was originally called Club Deportivo La Previsora and played in La Liga Distritorial de Fútbol de La Chorrera. Since, and in continuous form has taken part each year in the training of young sportsmen and collaborators in the development of the sport in The Chorrera. La Previsora was on the losing side both times in the first two seasons of the Panamanian professional league ANAPROF.
The club's current name is derived from the patron saint of the La Chorrera District, Francis of Paola (San Francisco de Paula). The club was the best supported club in the LPF in 2011, averaging an attendance of 765 at their matches.
