Sammy Corporation (Japanese: サミー株式会社 Hepburn: Samī Kabushiki Gaisha?) was established on November 1, 1975 and is a leading developer and retailer of pachinko and pachislot systems in Japan. It is also known for publishing a small number of videogames such as the Guilty Gear, The Rumble Fish and Survival Arts series of fighting games. In 2004, it merged with Sega to form a new holding company called Sega Sammy Holdings Inc. Most videogame businesses transferred into Sega.

Sammy Networks Co., Ltd. (株式会社サミーネットワークス Kabushiki Gaisha Samī Nettowākusu?) provides digital versions of its pachinko and pachislot games on PC and mobile in Japan. This part of the company is managed by Sega.

Sammy Corporation started in 1975 as Sammy Industry Co., Ltd. from the spilt of Satomi Corporation's manufacturing and marketing divisions for amusement arcade machines. In 1978, Sammy Industry built a factory in Itabashi-ku, Tokyo in order to take advantage of the growing popularity of video games, specifically Invader games. During this year, it began game machine development.
