Sam Low (born April 14, 1970) is an American politician, serving as a member of the Snohomish County Council.

Sam was born and raised in Snohomish County and graduated from Everett High School in Everett, Washington. Sam graduated from a small Christian College in Southern California with a BA in Theology in 1995. Sam was first elected to Lake Stevens City Council in 2013 and later elected in 2016 to Snohomish County Council.
