Saint Kitts and Nevis competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, United Kingdom from 27 July to 12 August 2012. This was the nation's fifth consecutive appearance at the Olympics.
The St. Kitts and Nevis Olympic Committee sent a total of 7 athletes to the Games, 6 men and 1 woman, to compete only in the track and field. Among these athletes, only two athletes did not compete at these games for different reasons. Sprinter Tameka Williams withdrew from the games, for admittedly using a banned-drug substance. Meanwhile, veteran sprinter Kim Collins, who reprised his role of carrying the nation's flag for the third time at the opening ceremony, was reportedly sent home by sporting committee, for spending the night with his wife at a London hotel. St. Kitts and Nevis, however, has yet to win its first ever Olympic medal.
Athletes from Saint Kitts & Nevis have so far achieved qualifying standards in the following athletics events (up to a maximum of 3 athletes in each event at the 'A' Standard, and 1 at the 'B' Standard):
