Sai Chand is an Indian Telugu Film Actor and documentary film maker. He is popularly known for his role in Telugu language film, Maa Bhoomi.
He was born to noted Telugu writer and humanist Tripuraneni Gopichand and grand son of Tripuraneni Ramaswamy.His schooling was in Vijayawada Vasavya Vidyalaya run by Goparaju Ramachandra Rao a.k.a Gora's Daughter Mythri, Hemalatha Lavanam and other family members of Gora.
He acted more than 35 films.Sai Chand more assocated with parallel cinema,the films like Maa Bhoomi (1979),Manchupallaki (1982),Pelleedu Pillalu (1982),Ee Charitra Ae Siratho, Ee Desamlo Oka Roju (1983),Rangula Kala (1983),Adavallu Aligithe (1983),Ee Chaduvulu Makkodu (1984),Siva (1989 Telugu film),Ankuram (1993),Fidaa,(2017).
