Sabrina Guinness


Sabrina Guinness, Lady Stoppard (born 9 January 1955) is a Irish television producer.

Guinness is the daughter of James Guinness and his wife Pauline, née Mander. She runs the charity Youth Cable Television in London, is an heiress of the Guinness family, and is known for her contacts in the media world. She was once dubbed "the It Girl of her generation" for her high-profile romantic liaisons. Her twin sister Miranda is married to Keith Payne, the designer of rock concert special effects. Her brother Hugo Guinness is an artist and model, and her sister is Julia Samuel, a psychotherapist and pediatric counsellor, and co-founder of Child Bereavement UK.

Guinness established Youth Cable Television in 1995 with the help of Greg Dyke. The charity trains disadvantaged youth to work in television production. Formerly she worked as PA for David Stirling, the founder of the SAS.

In 1979, Guinness met and had a relationship with Prince Charles. In 2014 she married playwright Sir Tom Stoppard.
