Ryu Hyoyoung (born April 22, 1993), better known by the mononym Hyoyoung, is a South Korean actress, model, rapper. She was member of South Korean co-ed group Coed School and girl group F-ve Dolls.

Hyoyoung was born on 22 April 1993 in Gwangju, South Korea. She has an identical twin sister, Ryu Hwayoung, who is a former member of the girl group T-ara. Hyoyoung is the older of the two.

Hyoyoung was scouted after she and her sister Ryu Hwayoung made an appearance on SBS's variety show Star King. After they made an appearance in the show, she and her sister, Ryu Hwayoung was recruited by Core Contents Media. Hyoyoung and her sister originally slated to debut in T-ara, but Core Contents Media changed their mind and only chose her sister to debut with T-ara and later Hyoyoung debuted with Coed School.

Hyoyoung made her debut as a member of Coed School in 2010. The group officially debuted on September 30, 2010. The group later separated into female unit and male unit.

Hyoyoung was confirmed to join KBS drama "Jungle Fish 2" in 2010. In the same year, she won "Miss Chunhyang pageant" contest.

In 2011, Hyoyoung joined as a member of Coed School's female unit, F-ve Dolls. The unit made their first performance on February 17. The unit later became an independent group after Core Contents Media do not have plans to reform Coed School again.

In November 2011, Core Contents Media announced that Hyoyoung would take hiatus from her activities for sometime after having injured her ankle.

In October 2012, It was confirmed that Hyoyoung would be cast in KBS drama School 2013.

In late-2014, It was reported that F-ve Dolls has disbanded after their agency has not included their profile page in the agency's website, but their agency has not confirmed the report. On March 10, 2015 MBK Entertainment later confirmed that F-ve Dolls decided to disbanded. In August 2015, following F-ve Dolls disbanded, It was reported that Hyoyoung has request to terminate her contract with MBK Entertainment.
