Ryan A. Bizzarro (born November 13, 1985) is a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 3rd District. He is a member of the Democratic Party.
Bizzarro graduated from McDowell High School, in Erie, Pennsylvania, in 2004. He earned a degree in political science from Edinboro University in 2008, and earned an MPA from Gannon University. Bizzarro's family is prominent in the boxing world.
Before being elected to the House, Bizzarro worked for the Erie County Convention Center Authority.
Bizzarro was elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 2012, defeating Republican attorney Jason Owen. He serves on the Aging & Older Adult Services, Gaming Oversight, and Veterans Affairs & Emergency Preparedness committees.
