Winchell's kingfisher or rufous-lored kingfisher (Todiramphus winchelli) is a species of bird in the family Alcedinidae. It is endemic to the Philippines. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
