Rowena Cooper is a Southern Rhodesian actress who began her career with the Dundee Repertory Theatre Company in 1959, and has had an extensive career, primarily in British television, for over 50 years. Cooper starred in The Rag Trade as Mrs Fenner.

She is married to actor Terrence Hardiman.
