Rossendale Borough Council is the local authority for the Rossendale district of Lancashire, in northwestern England.

The population of the borough was 65,652 at the time of the 2001 Census. The Borough council is currently made of 22 Labour 13 Conservative and 1 Independent (Community First) Councillors. The Chief Executive is Stuart Sugarman and the current mayor is Cllr Colin Crawforth (Labour).
