Roscoe is a borough in Washington County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 848 at the 2000 census.

The Allenport & Roscoe Street Railway was formed in 1903 and was purchased by Pittsburgh Railways to form part of their interurban line to Pittsburgh in 1906. The 2.4 miles (3.9 km) extension to Roscoe was completed on June 20, 1910. The line was closed in 1953.

Roscoe is located at 40°4′43″N 79°51′55″W / 40.07861°N 79.86528°W / 40.07861; -79.86528 (40.078513, -79.865225).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.2 square miles (0.5 km2), of which, 0.2 square miles (0.5 km2) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2) of it (16.67%) is water.

As of the census of 2000, there were 848 people, 398 households, and 243 families residing in the borough. The population density was 4,256.0 people per square mile (1,637.1/km²). There were 426 housing units at an average density of 2,138.0 per square mile (822.4/km²).
