Romulo Tolentino Dela Cruz, D.D., (born in Balasan, June 24, 1947), is a prelate of the Roman Catholic Church in the Philippines. He is the Archbishop of Zamboanga in the Philippines.
Romulo Tolentino Dela Cruz was ordained priest of Cotabato, Philippines on 8 December 1972. He was consecrated bishop on 16 March 1988. He succeeded as Bishop of Kidapawan on 14 May 2008.
On March 15, 2014, Pope Francis appointed Dela Cruz as Archbishop of Zamboanga which was vacant since Archbishop Romulo Valles was appointed as Archbishop of Davao.
