Rokto (English: Blood) is a 2016 Bangladeshi action film directed by Wazed Ali Sumon and produced by Abdul Aziz under the banner of Jaaz Multimedia. The film stars Ziaul Roshan and Pori Moni in lead roles. Rokto is scheduled to be released on 12 September 2016. It is loosely based on 1996 Hollywood movie The Long Kiss Goodnight starring Geena Davis. This film was successful in Bangladesh as well as in India. It had dual production companies; Bangladeshi Jaaz Multimedia and Indian Eskay Movies. A new hero Roshan and famous heroin of Bangladesh Pori Moni starred this film.
This film produced by Jaaz Multimedia and Eskay Movies. This film will be release on Eid al-Adha in 2016.
It is loosely based on The Long Kiss Goodnight starring Geena Davis.
