Rohan Mapuskar is a Mumbai based casting director and associate director who has cast actors for movies like 3 idiots, Ferrari ki Sawaari, Shivaay and Sachin: A Billion Dreams. He has worked with Vinod Chopra Films for 9 years. Mapuskar is credited with the casting for Ventilator, directed by Rajesh Mapuskar, and featuring more than 100 actors including Jitendra Joshi and Ashutosh Gowariker. The film was produced by Priyanka Chopra and Dr. Madhu Chopra.

Rohan Mapuskar was born on 16 October 1983 in Shrivardhan, a village in coastal Maharashtra, to Ramankant Shankar Mapuskar and Ranjita Ramakant Mapuskar. He graduated from Gokhale school of Education with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. His interest in cinema was inspired from his first cousin, film director Rajesh Mapuskar.

Mapuskar's cousin Rajesh Mapuskar introduced him to the media world in Mumbai. In 2005, he started his career as assistant director on the album Chanda ki Doli after which he joined Vinod Chopra Films and did his first feature film Lage Raho Munna Bhai as Assistant Director to Rajkumar Hirani. Post that, Mapuskar did casting for an ad film directed by Rajkumar Hirani, which led to Mapuskar being the Casting Director in 3 Idiots.

Mapuskar has worked as Assistant Director, Associate Director and Casting director in the film industry and worked on over 150 ads. He also produced a play Kanupriya based on a book written by Dharamvir Bharati and directed by Mitali Joshi. He is currently working on Bhikari, a Marathi film directed by choreographer Ganesh Acharya and 2 other projects with Vinod Chopra Films.
