Robin Stacie Rosenbaum (born 1966) is a United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and former United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Born in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Judge Rosenbaum attended Pine Crest School and then Cornell University. Judge Rosenbaum received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1988 from Cornell University, where she was a student-elected member of the Board of Trustees, a member of the Quill and Dagger society, and a member of the Zeta Phi chapter of Alpha Chi Omega. She received her Juris Doctor, Magna cum Laude, in 1991 from the University of Miami School of Law.

She started her career as a trial attorney in the Federal Programs Branch of the United States Department of Justice from 1991 to 1995. She served as staff counsel for the United States Office of the Independent Counsel from 1995 to 1996. She worked as a litigation associate at Holland & Knight from 1996 to 1997. She then clerked for Judge Stanley Marcus of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in 1998. From 1998 to 2007, she served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Florida, becoming Chief of the Economics Crime Section in Fort Lauderdale in 2002.
