Rick Lax

Rick Lax is a Las Vegas-based magician.

Rick Lax has written three books, and created the TV show "Wizard Wars", which aired on the Syfy network in 2014. In September 2014, the show was renewed for another six-episode run.

In 2011-2013, Lax worked as a behind-the-scenes consultant for David Copperfield. Currently, Lax creates close-up illusions for PenguinMagic.com.

In 2015 Rick Lax competed on The CW network's Penn & Teller: Fool Us. He performed an original card trick called Binary Code, and was the only contestant to fool Penn & Teller during the episode.

Lax continues to work as a show producer and behind-the-scenes magic consultant.
