Richie James Follin is an American musician, guitarist, keyboard player, singer songwriter who has been in a number of bands.

In 2002, he became member of The Willowz, a garage rock band based in Anaheim, California, formed 2002. The band's sound incorporated influences from punk, soul, and blues from the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s. The Willowz received national exposure (in the United States) as a finalist in December 2005 Yahoo.com's Who's Next. They lost to BarlowGirl. Richie Follin was lead vocalist and guitarist of the band, that also included Aric Bohn (guitar, vocals), Jessica Reynoza (bass, vocals), Loren (Ted) Humphrey (drums) and Alex Nowicki (drums). The band has released several albums The Willowz, Willowz With A Z, The Willowz Are Coming, Talk In Circles, Chautauqua, Unveiland Everyone.

In 2010, Richie Follin toured USA and Europe with his own band, the Richie Follin's Band, with the supporting band being Cults that includes his sister Madeline Follin. He also began writing and recording with Cults, ending up singing vocals on some of their recordings.

Immediately after the tour, in 2010, he became part of Guards, an American three piece Indie rock band based in New York City that also includes Loren Humphrey (a bandmate in The Willowz) and Kaylie Church. They released their debut album, In Guards We Trust, in February 2013.

Since 2013, he has been part of the American rock band CRX formed in Los Angeles in 2013, where he plays guitar, keyboards and is backing vocalist. The other members are Nick Valensi (lead vocals, guitar), Ralph Alexander (drums), Jon Safley (bass) and Darian Zahedi (guitar, backing vocals). The band released their debut album, New Skin, on October 28, 2016.
