Richard Canreba Caulker (18??-1901) was ruler of the Bumpe Chiefdom, 1864-1888 and 1894-1901. He was a member of the Caulker family, descendants of Thomas Corker.
He attended Sierra Leone Grammar School with a scholarship from the British colonial authorities in Sierra Leone.
His son, Thomas Caulker, was sent to England to be educated. However, Thomas went blind and died at the age of 13.
