Riad Bajić (born 6 May 1994) is a Bosnian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Turkish club Konyaspor and the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

Bajić is a product of Željezničar youth academy, one of the best in the country. He made his professional debut on 16 July 2013, against Viktoria Plzeň, in a Champions League qualification match. Riad finished 2014–15 season as the top scorer of Bosnian Premier League.

After two seasons at Željezničar, Bajić was transferred to Turkish club Konyaspor on 8 August 2015, where he signed three-year deal, for a fee of around €500,000. He made his debut there on 15 August, against Akhisar, in a 1–1 draw, and scored his first goal against Gaziantepspor on 17 October, two months later. In January 2017 Bajić signed new and improved contract with Konyaspor, expiring 2020.

Bajić played for Bosnia and Herzegovina under-19 and Bosnia and Herzegovina under-21 national teams.

He was called-up, along with Armin Hodžić, to train with Bosnia and Herzegovina senior team for a UEFA Euro 2016 qualifying match against Andorra. His senior debut came in a 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Gibraltar on 25 March 2017, which Bosnia and Herzegovina won 5–0.
