Rhondy Weston (born June 7, 1966) is an American former football player at defensive tackle who played professionally in the National Football League (NFL) for a single season in 1989. He played college football for the University of Florida. The Dallas Cowboys selected him in the third round of the 1989 NFL Draft, and he played professionally for the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Weston was born in Belle Glade, Florida. He attended Glades Central High School, where he played for the Glades Central Raiders. As a senior, he was recognized as a high school All-American.

Weston accepted an athletic scholarship from the University of Florida, and played for coach Galen Hall's Florida Gators football team from 1985 to 1988. As a junior in 1987, he was a first-team All-Southeastern Conference (SEC) selection and an honorable mention All-American, after finishing the year with 175 tackles and nine sacks, although he played the final four games with a broken jaw he suffered in a nightclub fight. During his 1988 senior season, Weston was part of a dominant defensive line, along with Jeff Roth and Trace Armstrong. He finished the year with 10 sacks and was a second-team All-SEC selection and honorable mention All-American.

Weston was drafted in the third round (68th overall pick) of the 1989 NFL Draft by the Dallas Cowboys. After having a disappointing training camp, he was waived on August 29 and replaced with Dean Hamel.
