Rettai Vaal Kuruvi(Tamil: ரெட்டைவால் குருவி) is a 2015 Indian-Tamil language Romance soap opera starring Ashwin Kumar and Pavani Reddy as a divorced couple who rekindles their romance. It aired on Vijay TV from 1 June to 16 October 2015 on Monday to Friday at 9:00PM IST for 99 episodes. It was directed by Jerold, with cinematography by Vishwanathan and music by Saravanan.
The Romance Drama is about a divorced couple who years later begin working at the same office. Nila's father then planned to kill Bala to take revenge on his sister's husband. He arranged two local rowdies from Madhurai to kill bala. Bala gets stabbed but survived by the timely help of Nila. then Nila and Bala getting to like each other. but as soon as Bala finds out Nila's father tried to kill him he gets angry on Nila too. Then he went to his friend's( Aramugam)marriage in Uslampathi to refresh his mind without telling any of his relative. On the other hand, Nila lied to everyone else that she would go to America back due to Bala's hatred toward her. However it turns out to be that Nila the friend of Arumugam's prospective wife (Deyvani). Bala and Nila tried to keep each other away from each other but as Nila's friends were flirting with Bala, jealousy grew within Nila which bought them a bit closer. Deyvane's mum and Arumugam's sister in law planned to bring to souls to together in various ways Pazhani who is Deyvane's brother who went to prison for a murder regularly met her secretly, which Bala noticed and doubted on the bride. Then came a day when pazhani was caught and beaten without of the knowledge of him being a brother. As doubts grew on the grooms family, they broke ties. Due to Bal as and Nilas closeness they still kept their love inside them. To ask forgiveness they visit the Degvanes place, but Pazhani beats them up. And sand due to sympathy the family forgives them but nota accept for marriage. Nilla really feels sorry Bala and both of them confess their love again. On the same day Nila gets an accident....
