Rennert is a town in Robeson County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 383 at the 2010 census.

Rennert is located at 34°48′47″N 79°4′50″W / 34.81306°N 79.08056°W / 34.81306; -79.08056 (34.812946, -79.080634).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.8 square miles (2.1 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 283 people, 88 households, and 62 families residing in the town. The population density was 356.6 people per square mile (138.3/km²). There were 99 housing units at an average density of 124.7 per square mile (48.4/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 24.73% White, 30.04% African American, 36.40% Native American, 0.35% Asian, 7.77% from other races, and 0.71% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 21.20% of the population.

There were 88 households out of which 33.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 43.2% were married couples living together, 20.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 29.5% were non-families. 21.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 13.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.22 and the average family size was 3.73.
