Remaufens is a municipality in the district of Veveyse in the canton of Fribourg in Switzerland.
Remaufens is first mentioned about 1000 as Romulfens.
Remaufens has an area of 5.91 km2 (2.28 sq mi). Of this area, 3.99 km2 (1.54 sq mi) or 67.5% is used for agricultural purposes, while 1.49 km2 (0.58 sq mi) or 25.2% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 0.39 km2 (0.15 sq mi) or 6.6% is settled (buildings or roads), 0.02 km2 (4.9 acres) or 0.3% is either rivers or lakes.

Out of the forested land, 23.2% of the total land area is heavily forested and 2.0% is covered with orchards or small clusters of trees. The municipality is located in the Veveyse district, on a hill along the Châtel-Saint-Denis-Palézieux road.
