Refik Resmja (born 1 January 1931 in Tirana, Albania – died in 1997) was an Albanian football (soccer) striker. He is the second highest scorer of all time in the Albanian Superliga after Vioresin Sinani, scoring 59 goals in the 1951 Albanian National Championship.
