Raymond Kaskey (born 1943) is an American sculptor. He was born in Pittsburgh. He studied architecture at Carnegie Mellon University and Yale University. A fellow of the American Institute of Architects, he has received the prestigious Henry Hering Medal from the National Sculpture Society for his sculpture Portlandia, as well as many other awards and commissions nationwide.

Kaskey is also known for the zealousness with which he guards the copyright of his public sculptures, which has created problems for commissioning organizations and the public. For example, he won a lawsuit against Paramount Pictures over the inclusion of his statue Portlandia in background shots to the Madonna film Body of Evidence.
