Rare Demos & Freestyles Vol. 3 is the third rarities compilation by American hip hop musician Necro, released on September 16, 2003 by Psycho+Logical-Records.
The compilation contains two demos, nine freestyles and one alternate mix. Featured guests on the compilation include Mr. Hyde, DJ Eclipse, Tom Dahmer, DJ Riz and Necro's brother Ill Bill.
An alternate mix of "Rugged Shit" from Necro's 2000 album I Need Drugs was featured on this release.
