Randy Lee Elliott (born June 5, 1951 in Oxnard, California) is a former Major League Baseball outfielder. He played parts of four seasons in the majors, spread out over nine years. After being drafted by the San Diego Padres during their inaugural season, he played for them in 1972 and 1974. He later played for the San Francisco Giants in 1977 and the Oakland Athletics in 1980.
