Optum–KBS, officially Optum p/b KBS, (UCI team code: OPW) is a women's cycling team; founded in 2012 and competes in Elite Women's races. The team was founded by Rachel Heal after her former team, Colavita-Forno d'Asolo, was disbanded. Heal left the team at the end of 2013 to join UnitedHealthcare and was replaced by former Symmetrics, SpiderTech-C10 and Bontrager-Livestrong director Kevin Field.
For the 2015 season the team signed Ally Stacher (Velocio–SRAM Pro Cycling), Alison Tetrick (Astana Be Pink), Lex Albrecht (TWENTY16 Pro Cycling), Jasmin Glaesser (Team TIBCO) and Ariane Horbach. The team also signed extensions with Leah Kirchmann, Janel Holcomb, Annie Ewart, Brianna Walle and Maura Kinsella.
On October 28 Denise Ramsden left the team. On November 4 Courteney Lowe left the team for Pepper Palace Pro Cycling.
