Rajita Kulkarni is the President of World Forum for Ethics in Business and Sri Sri University,.

Rajita is a leadership coach and has designed exercises and learning tools for professional excellence. She is also a Senior Consultant and Trainer at Transformational Leadership for Excellence (TLEX) and heads its Asia initiative.
