Rajeev Bhatia (born 1962) is an urban planner, based in San Francisco, a partner in the consulting firm of Dyett & Bhatia, Urban and Regional Planners. The firm traces its lineage to Livingston and Blayney, the oldest public policy planning firm in the western United States.

Bhatia has led urban planning assignments in the western United States, including planning, urban design, and zoning for downtown San Diego, resulting in a mixed-use downtown, one of the most dynamic and intense places in the U.S.; Capitol Area Plan in Sacramento, California for the State of California, providing the framework for the largest civic development in state history; General Plan for Santa Fe, N.M., ; station area plans for Honolulu's rail system, the largest new urban rail system underway in the western U.S.; and planning for new districts along several station of Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) extension to Silicon Valley.
