Rafael Moreno Valle Rosas (born 30 June 1968) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the PAN. He was the Governor of Puebla from February 2011 thru January 2017.
Moreno Valle also served as Deputy of the LIX Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Puebla and as Senator in the LX and LXI Legislatures.
Moreno Valle is the grandson of Rafael Moreno Valle, a doctor and politician who also served as the Governor of Puebla from 1969 to 1972.
