Rachel Neylan (born 9 March 1982) is an Australian professional road cyclist. She won a silver medal at the 2012 World Championships in the women's road race event. She won the inaugural women's Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race in January 2015. Prior to her professional cycling career she worked as a physiotherapist for the Australian rowing team. In March 2015 Orica–AIS announced that they had signed Neylan for the remainder of the season.
