Qurat-ul-Ain Balouch (Urdu: قرۃ العین بلوچ‎), also spelled Quratulain Balouch is a Pakistani singer-songwriter. Also known as QB or the Humsafar Girl, she became popular for her title track "Woh Humsafar Tha" in Hum TV's serial Humsafar. She has even won several nominations and awards.

Her singing career started when her cover of Reshma's "Ankhian Nu Ren De" 2010 went viral in 2010. She came to known when she was featured in Coke Studio with Jal for a song "Panchi". She rose to fame after her award winning performance of "Woh Humsafar Tha" for 2011 drama serial Humsafar.

In 2012, she represented her country in a live performance with the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2016, she made her debut in Bollywood with song "Kaari Kaari" in film Pink.

Balouch is based out of Virginia and has no formal training. She grew up listening to Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Muhammad Juman, Pathanay Khan and others.

On 2 February 2013, she was on the way to the airport to fly to Dubai, when a car hit her vehicle. Her car flipped and she was immediately rushed to Combined Military Hospital in Lahore. Balouch had serious neck injury and doctors said that it could adversely impact her vocal chords. She had to undergo a major surgery in National Hospital and cancelled tours and concerts.
