Qais Ashfaq (born 10 March 1993 in Leeds) is an amateur boxer from England. He competed in the men's bantamweight division at the 2014 Commonwealth Games where he won the silver medal, and at the 2015 European Games where he won bronze.

Ashfaq was a competitor at the 2011 Commonwealth Youth Games where he won the gold medal in his weight class. He also won the bantamweight class at the 2012 GB Amateur Boxing Championships.
