Punya Heendeniya (De Silva Nanayakkara) is a Sri Lankan cinema actress who currently resides in England.

Punya Heendeniya was born in Sri Lanka. Her hobbies are singing writing and cooking. She married and had two children with her husband, they also had five grandchildren. Punya Heendeniya gave up acting in 1968, at the peak of her carrier, but starred in Kaliyugaya in 1983. Punya sometimes goes out to Sri Lanka to visit friends and family.
