Proof of Youth is the second studio album by Brighton band The Go! Team. It was released on 10 September 2007 in the United Kingdom and a day later in the United States.
The album encompasses various genres of music including indie rock, hip-hop and dance. It was preceded by two singles: "Grip Like a Vice", released on 9 July 2007, and "Doing It Right", released the week before the album. On 2 July 2007, "The Wrath of Marcie" was made available for streaming by accident by v2.
Proof of Youth features Bonde do Role's Marina Ribatski and Solex vocal contributions, along with the Double Dutch Divas. Also contributing vocals to the album are the Rappers Delight Club and Public Enemy's Chuck D on "Flashlight Fight".
The first pressing of the album on Compact Disc includes a second disc, with six additional tracks in the UK, or four in the US. These are written by The Go! Team unless otherwise noted.
