Pretty Bayou is a census-designated place (CDP) in Bay County, Florida, United States. The population was 3,206 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Panama City–Lynn Haven–Panama City Beach Metropolitan Statistical Area.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.9 square miles (4.8 km2), of which 1.7 square miles (4.4 km2) is land and 0.15 square miles (0.4 km2), or 8.26%, is water.
As of the census of 2010, there were 3,206 people, 1,310 households, and 921 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 1,885.9 people per square mile (728.6/km²).
