Prasanth Manghat is the CEO & executive director of NMC Health and a member at Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member at Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Manghat was appointed to the Board of NMC Health in June 2014. He served as deputy CEO of NMC Health from January 2015 to March 2017. In November 2016, he received the Deal Maker of the Year Award at The 10th CFO Strategies Forum MENA in Dubai. On March 8, 2017, Manghat was named CEO of NMC Health, replacing outgoing CEO-founder and executive vice-chairman, Dr B. R. Shetty.
