Prasad Devineni is an Indian film producer known for his works in Telugu cinema. He is one of the members of Arka Media Works, a film production company down south. He has co-produced films such as Panjaa, Maryada Ramanna, Once Upon a Warrior, Vedam, Pallakilo Pellikuturu.

In 2010, he was awarded Nandi Award for Best Popular Feature Film for the film Maryada Ramanna. known for its works exclusively in Telugu cinema. In 2015, Shobhu produced Baahubali: The Beginning, which recorded the highest grossing Indian film within India.
